Good morning, Bowling Green! Whew, yesterday’s weather was pretty chilly out there, but I loved it! According to the NWS Climate Report, we had a high of 49 degrees. Personally, I’ll take 49 degrees over 89 degrees any day!

Upper-level ridging and associated surface high pressure will be prevalent over the region today. A warm front will also be in the area today, bringing increased cloud cover and the possibility of a few sprinkles in the late afternoon. As for our temperatures, they will be warmer today with highs in the mid to upper 50’s.

Tonight into Wednesday, a surface low pressure system will move through the Great Lakes, bringing a cold front to South Central Kentucky. We will have widespread showers for a majority of the day on Wednesday, which could be annoying to those of you who are traveling.
