This will help keep temperatures from continuing to drop. Today will still feel rather chilly with a high around 52°. A few clouds will pass from time to time as well.
Tonight will bring mostly clear skies with a low around 35°.
Tuesday 3/22 – Mostly Sunny – High 70° / Tues Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 50°
A strong area of low pressure located over the central plains will spread southerly winds across the region. This will lead to a sharp increase in temperatures! Highs will be around 70° once again under mostly sunny skies.
Partly cloudy skies may develop overnight with a low around 50°.
Wednesday 3/23 – Mostly Cloudy – High 70° / Wed Night – Isolated Showers – Low 58°
On Wednesday, the strong area of low pressure will move toward the region. Strong southerly winds will be likely throughout the day. This will help keep temperatures around 70° despite the possibility of mostly cloudy skies.
A cold front will approach the region on Wednesday night. This may bring a few isolated showers during the overnight hours. Scattered showers and thunderstorms seem likely Thursday morning.
