Today: Mostly sunny, with a high of 57ºF. Tonight: Mostly clear. Lows around 37ºF.

Well, for many of us, Thanksgiving really kicks in today. That gets me hype, and it should you too. So here are a few things to get you excited.

Now are you pumped? Thats what I thought. With the weather the way it is, you have a reason to celebrate too. After several days in a row of coldness, we are looking at a warm up through Thanksgiving. A strong high pressure will form just to our east and southeast as a deep trough digs into the west, and this will help warm our temps a lot. Look for temps to just into the mid and upper 50s today.

Overnight, look for conditions to be the same, as skies will remain clear, with lows falling into the upper 30s.

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny, with some afternoon clouds developing. Highs around 61ºF. Wed. night: Skies becoming partly to mostly cloudy. Lows falling to around 44ºF.

Oh man. Another day closer to pigging out on Turkey and football, and then taking an A+ nap after putting in work on that food.

Heck, some of you may be doing that tomorrow too! Either way, we are so close. The weather just continues to look good. Becoming even more entrenched in the strong ridge developing to our east, we look to be increasingly impacted by south to southwesterly flow throughout the day.

This will act to bring temperatures up around the region, especially under mostly sunny skies. Look for highs to reach the upper 50s and lower 60s by the time Wednesday is all said and done.

Overnight, more moisture will begin to stream into the region, thus increasing clouds, and keeping lows only in the mid 40s.

THANKSGIVING: Turkey, Ham, Potatoes, Family and Football. Partly sunny, with a high of 65ºF. Thanksgiving night: Turkey-coma sets in. Rain chances increasing, with a low of 53ºF.

Ahhh, it is finally here. Thanksgiving is an incredible day, and it is the one forecast I can give a guarantee on: there will be turkey, family and fun.

Happy Thanksgiving to one and all, and I hope you enjoy your families and the time, laughs and memories you share with them.

Now, weatherwise, clouds will be increasing throughout the day ahead of our next weather-maker. We likely won’t see any rainfall until the day on Friday, but moisture will begin to move into the region. Additionally, we will have some deep southwesterly flow, causing temps to rise into the mid 60s.

This will create perfect weather for your yearly dose of Thanksgiving football. Or it makes good weather to sit on the couch too! Either way, it’ll be awesome weatherwise. Overnight, rain changes look to increase a bit, with cloudy skies. Lows will bottom out in the mid 50s.

Well, that is all I have for ya! Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. Be sure to check out @WxOrNotBG over the next few days to get the latest real-time weather.
