Heavy Rain on the Way?

The latest 7 day rainfall forecast for the area shows plenty of rain across the State. As much as 3 inches of rain is possible across south central Kentucky with higher totals possible under a heavy thunderstorm tomorrow. Rain will be possible every day this week.

Here is the GFS 7 day rainfall forecast. The rainfall output is quite similar to the Weather Prediction Centers forecast.

The NAM outputs several inches of rain in our area through Wednesday.

So the drier weather we have had lately looks to come to an abrupt end.
