Fri – Showers & Storms Likely – High 76˚ / Fri Night – Storms Likely – Low 63˚

The cold front will eventually stall out across the region.  This will occur as the first of several disturbances begin to work across the area.

Plentiful amounts of moisture will stream over us out of the Gulf, which is expected to result in widespread showers & storms.  The GFS precip model below is valid for 1pm Friday, and paints a wet picture across the area:

This pattern looks to continue through the weekend, as several chances for rain remain in the forecast.  Severe weather is not expected, however, we could see a robust storm or two develop Friday afternoon.  Rainfall amounts through Sunday evening could range between 1-2″, as displayed by the QPF model:
