Happy Thursday morning to the wonderful people of Bowling Green! I hope everyone is doing well, and that y’all are enjoying this deluge of rain that we are currently seeing around here. Rain chances continue today and tonight, before giving way to pleasant conditions just in time for the weekend.
A Gloomy Thursday
The remnants of Zeta, coupled with a trailing system to the west, will create very wet conditions across our section of the Commonwealth. Widespread rain from overnight and early this morning, will persist throughout the day.
Lows this morning are fairly mild, starting off in the low 60s, with rain present. Temperatures will only gradually moderate throughout the day to top out in the upper 60s.

Drier, Chillier Friday
After the deluge of rainfall on Thursday, things dry out substantially on Friday, with decreasing cloud-cover, and even some filtered sun! Rain chances are slim to none, as the system responsible for our rain the previous day will have since moved eastward.
Lows Friday morning will me noticeably cooler, bottoming out in the lower 40s across W.A.B.B.L.E.S. Temperatures throughout the day will be significantly cooler as well, only topping out around 53-degrees in the afternoon.
Halloween Forecast:
Ah yes, Halloween, everyone’s favorite day to consume copious amounts of candy, right? Kidding. In all seriousness, though, Saturday looks quite pleasant right now from a weather standpoint. Lows in the morning will be downright cold, dropping off into the middle 30s around here! Isolated, patchy frost will be possible, especially in low-lying areas.
Into the afternoon, temperatures rebound quickly to reach a high somewhere in the lower 60s. Skies will be mostly sunny, and conditions will be pleasant for any festivities ongoing late in the day. Enjoy that candy!
SUN-day! (Sunday)
Yes – pun intended! A mostly clear and sun-filled sky will dominate overhead during the daytime hours on Sunday. Lows in the morning will be in the mid-40s, fairly seasonable this time of year. Temperatures in the afternoon will make a run for the upper 50s, and rain chances are non-existent.
