Yesterday’s Weather

Yesterday was a wonderful fall day, if a bit chilly thanks to the wind. Looks like we’ll have one more day like that on the way for tomorrow before clouds move in for Saturday.

Forecast Discussion

After a week filled with much needed rain and some brilliant cloudless days, it seems we’re finally turning towards a more active period weather-wise around here. Not today though!

Our area remains under control of a high pressure system keeping our skies clear and our temperatures cool for at least the next day and a half. Our temperatures look to stay cool but still somewhat pleasant.

But all good dry things must come to an end. Our next weather maker will move toward the region during the day on Saturday, first throwing some clouds our way. Fortunately, the big WKU game this weekend looks a-okay.

It looks to be after midnight before the rain finally move into our area and once again we need that rain.

That system will work slowly through our area during the day on Sunday but the rain looks to be light, only around .20″ to .25″ for Bowling Green but every little bit helps.

Extended Outlook

Well with a more active pattern comes more rain chances and that’s just what we’re looking at for the rest of next week and perhaps that could end as something a bit…wintry. Juuuuust a little bit. Not much. Really, not much.
