Howdy, Bowling Green! I hope y’all like beautiful weather because that’s what’s in store for us this weekend! High pressure has settled right over Kentucky with northerly winds feeding into our area. This will keep temperatures cool with highs in the upper 50’s under sunny skies.

For tonight, lows will be in the mid 30’s under clear skies. So, it’s gonna feel a bit chilly, but it sure is going to be a gorgeous night!

Sunday – Sunny – High 62˚ / Sunday Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 39˚
As that center of high pressure moves eastward out of our region, an upper-level ridge will set up, bringing with it southerly winds and warmer air. Temperatures will warm up a bit due to the ridging with highs in the low 60’s under sunny skies.

For the evening, temperatures will be warmer with lows right around 40 under partly cloudy skies. Unfortunately, as we head into Monday, the clouds are gonna start to roll in, and with it comes the rain chances.

Monday – Chance Showers; Mostly Cloudy – High 61˚ / Monday Night – Showers – Low 53˚
I knew it wouldn’t last forever. Sadly, there looks to be some rain in the forecast for Monday as a low pressure system starts to head our way. Highs will be right around 60 again with a chance for showers in the late morning hours. The larger chance for rain looks to come during mid-afternoon though, so don’t forget to bring an umbrella or rain jacket when you head out to work!

For the evening, the clouds will keep our temperatures warmer with lows in the low 50’s. Like I said earlier, the larger chance for rain on Monday looks to start in the afternoon and continue into the evening.
