As you’re headed out the door this morning, be sure to give yourself plenty of time because it is cold and ice scraping season is unfortunately here.
The Discussion
We are starting off the morning bitterly cold, temperatures as of 6:45am remain in the low 30s. If you have an early morning commute, bundling up and warming up the car for a bit is not a bad idea at all.
While our temperatures today won’t be as cold as what we saw yesterday, a cold front is expected to move through cooling us off to chilly conditions once again this evening.
The cold front isn’t terribly strong and will only bring us hints of cloud cover and another shot of cooler air. Overall, expect our temperatures to gradually climb into the upper 50s throughout today with party sunny skies while cooler conditions are ahead for this evening.
Halloween is upon us! October seems to have flown by and it’s already the end of the month. The good news is that conditions are looking nice and dry for trick-or-treaters, our temperatures will be a bit chilly nonetheless. Our high temps for tomorrow will top out in the low 50s with sunny skies and by the time the kids are headed out we’ll be in the 40s for most areas, then dropping to the 30s once again overnight.
Overnight Tuesday and into Wednesday does bring us our next chance for rain, and unfortunately it’s going to be very cold and wet rain.
Wednesday is shaping up to be soggy and cold so far, a system that moves in from our southwest will bring us our first round of showers while a cold front is expected to bring even more showers for Thursday.
The Forecast
