Summer, Summer Go Away; No One Wants You Anyway

Today – Isolated PM Storms – High 87° / Tonight – Partly Cloudy – Low 67°

High pressure will remain fixed over the eastern United States, leaving most places dry. However, given the moisture content of the atmosphere, I think a few isolated afternoon showers or storms may be possible. The morning HRRR model agrees.

Outside of isolated rain the forecast remains to look like that of late summer. Afternoon high temperatures should top out around 87°, making it another hot one out there.

Partly cloudy skies should remain in place overnight as lows drop to around 67°.

Monday – Partly Cloudy – High 88° / Mon Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 65°

The upper level ridge and surface high pressure will remain over the Eastern United States for the next several days. This will lead to a rinse- and -repeat forecast. Partly cloudy skies are likely Monday as highs top out around 88°.

Partly cloudy skies should continue overnight as lows drop into the mid to upper 60s.

Tuesday – Mostly Sunny – High 88° / Tues Night – Mostly Clear – Low 66°

Tuesday will bring pretty much the same weather as Monday. Partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies will be in place as high temperatures top out in the upper 80s once again. I wish Fall would hurry up and get here, I’m ready for “Chili weather”.
