Forecast Discussion
Actual weather to talk about, for the second weekend in a row! I suppose that’s Mother Nature’s early Christmas present for me.
But not quite yet! The day today will feature just plain ol’ clouds and cold temps being made worse by the wind.
Yep, that’s in advance of the next system that’s going to give Bowling Green Weather another chance for some rain. That system is going to move in as we head towards this evening and it will be accompanied by some cold rain.
This system will linger around the region for much of the overnight and into the early morning hours on Monday. Rain chances linger through midday but much of Monday will be spent under mostly cloudy skies and a high around 50. About as boring of a day as you can imagine.
Tuesday will feature similar temperatures but some more sunshine helping to warm our temperatures up to just under the 50ºF mark. …And that’ll be as warm as we get through the rest of the week as a front will move through and drop our temperatures drastically.
Today’s Key Points
- Today starts off cloudy but rain chances enter the picture this afternoon.
- Rain will continue through tomorrow morning.
- Up to an inch of rain expected in some spots.
- Bottom falls out of the thermometer starting on Tuesday.
That just about does it for me! Thanks for checking into WxOrNotBG this morning, and be sure to follow @WxOrNotBG and @WKUweather on Twitter and like Landon Hampton on Facebook for the latest Bowling Green Weather information. Hope you have a terrific Sunday!
