Good morning, Bowling Green! It’s been a wild week with these super cold temperatures and snow! Well, it will be much calmer out there today as high pressure builds into the region. Temperatures will still be cold with highs in the mid 30’s, but there is no chance for rain or snow! Yay!

The sun will be intermittently peeking out from behind the clouds for most of the day, making it a nice day overall. For tonight, lows will be in the low 20’s under mostly cloudy skies. Wow, that’s cold! Brrrr!

Friday – Slight Chance Rain/Snow; Mostly Cloudy – High 40˚ / Friday Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 17˚

Another clipper system looks to move in by daybreak Friday, possibly bringing another chance for snow; however, most of our area looks to remain dry. Parts of eastern Kentucky have the greatest chance of seeing snow, but either way there is very little moisture associated with this system, so little accumulation is expected.

Temperatures are on the rise with highs in the low 40’s under mostly cloudy skies. For the evening, lows will be in the mid-teens under partly cloudy skies. It’s gonna be really cold out there, so try to keep warm.

Saturday – Sunny & COLD – High 24˚ / Saturday Night – Mostly Cloudy – Low 15˚

Cold. Just Cold. There’s no better way to say it. High pressure building in behind that clipper system will keep our temperatures down from yesterday, and so Saturday will be very cold with highs in the mid 20’s. Luckily, it does look like it’ll be sunny!

Lows for Saturday evening will be in the mid-teens, so bundle up if you go outside. Maybe invest in hand-warmers, a portable heater, or put on all your clothes from your closet to keep you warm!
