Today 11/27 – Partly sunny; increasing PM clouds & rain chances – High 66/Tonight – Rain showers – Low 56
Good morning! Whether you’ve already been out shopping for Black Friday or you’re trying to wake up from yesterday’s food coma, the weather this morning looks to be pretty nice for anyone that is out and about. Unseasonably warm temperatures will continue today but a cold front will be moving through this weekend to cool things down a bit.
Clouds will increase this afternoon and rain is likely tonight as the cold front moves closer. Get those Christmas decorations out before the rain gets here – it looks like it is going to rain all weekend!
Saturday 11/28 – Overcast & Rainy – High 60/Saturday Night – Rain showers – Low 52
Saturday looks to be a day full of gross, drizzly rain. The incoming cold front looks like it will stall out right over Kentucky and become a stationary front, providing enough lift for constant rain showers.
Get used to the yucky weather because it isn’t going away anytime soon. Cloud cover will keep temperatures a little cooler, but things won’t really start to cool down until this cold front passes through.
Sunday 11/29 – Overcast & Rainy – High 55/Sunday Night – Rain showers – Low 50
More rain… The stationary front should start to move out of the region on Sunday hopefully pushing out some of the rain and bringing us cooler temperatures. I would like to tell you that it will make the rain go away for good, but a cut-off low in the upper levels will keep the rain around for a bit longer.
Temperatures will start to drop slightly thanks to the passing of the cold front. Prepare yourself for more dreary, drizzly days ahead.
