Sunday Bowling Green Weather Update

Real Time Bowling Green Weather Radar:

Today 5/17 – Partly Cloudy; Isolated Showers – High 85° / Tonight – Scattered Showers Late – Low 70°

We’ll be under the influence of southwest flow for our Sunday in most levels of the atmosphere. This results in a warm and humid air mass moving into the Ohio Valley. Thus, temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 80s with some partly cloudy skies possible across the region.

Late tonight will bring some scattered showers and thunderstorms as a line of thunderstorms will weaken as it moves in from the Missouri Valley region. Lows will be around 70°.

Monday 5/18 – Mostly Cloudy; AM Showers – High 84° / Mon Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 65°

Monday will bring mostly cloudy skies to the region as well as some left over morning showers from the overnight showers and storms we received. We’ll still be under southwest flow across the region which will again lead to temperatures in the mid to upper 80s once more.

Monday night will feature partly cloudy skies to the region with a low of 65°.

Tuesday 5/19 – Mostly Clear – High 77° / Tue Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 57°

A slow moving cold front will work across south-central Kentucky through Monday night and Tuesday morning. This will bring much drier air with it. Thus, we can expect to see mostly clear skies develop later in the day. The cold front will also help knock temperatures back into the upper 70s for a high temperature. I don’t think anyone can complain of that!
