Saturday Looks Wet

Real-Time Bowling Green Weather Radar:

Today 9/6 – Scattered showers  – High 85º / Sat Night – Isolated Thunderstorms; Mild – Low 64º

6am 71º – 9am 74º – 12pm 80º – 3pm 84º – 6pm 82º

A cold front will swing through the area during the morning hours bringing decent rain chances throughout the day. Rain will become scattered before lunch. The best chances for rain appears to be from 10 am through 4 pm as lift from the front will try and regenerate storms in our area. Depending on the position of the front by early afternoon, a majority of the thunderstorms may end up developing just to our south and east. Nonetheless, pack an umbrella with you as you head out tomorrow. The storm motion will be very slow and could lead to isolated flooding in spots for the folks who see a heavy shower/storm. Isolated showers and storms will also be possible after 4 pm.

Mon – Mostly Sunny – High 82º / Mon Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 65º

Monday will be nearly identical to Sunday. Too much awesome?? Maybe. However, I wont argue with high temperatures in the low 80s after the stretch of sticky, icky heat we just went through.

But wait, there’s more! Another cold front looks to impact our area by next Thursday. Could that be our first taste of Fall? Right now it looks like temperatures may top out in the mid 70s by next Friday. Yep, that’s the good stuff.

That about does it for this morning.  Be sure to stay up to date with all your real time Bowling Green weather info @WxOrNotBG and @WarrenCountyWX on twitter.
