The Atlantic tropical disturbance that has been well monitored over the past few days has officially been upgraded to Tropical Storm Bertha, as of 11pm EST.

This storm, of course, will continue to be monitored and forecasts will be updated as time goes forward. For now, it is not forecast to become a Hurricane, nor poses any significant threat to landfall in the U.S.
