1pm Severe Weather Update: Tornado Watch Issued

Good afternoon everyone,

We’re watching the unfolding severe weather threat for this afternoon across the Ohio Valley and the Storm Prediction Center has now placed the area in a Tornado Watch, effective until 8:00pm CT this evening. We continue to monitor the possibility of isolated tornadoes, very large hail and damaging wind gusts.

We’re on a conference call with the National Weather Service Office in Louisville and we will update this post with our regular afternoon video update once the call concludes.
