We have a slight chance of rain today with temps reaching the mid-50s and clouds in the sky. The easterly wind will shift south this evening which will cause shower chances to increase, Tonight will be relatively warm, with a low temperature in the lower 50s. Thunderstorms are possible overnight and lots of precipitation will result from them.

Tuesday

Tuesday might start off with a thunderstorm and then rain for the rest of the morning. Breezy winds will be blowing in a cold front as Tuesday night approaches. Along with the cold front, thunderstorms and rain will come with it.

And, as you might expect, with very warm temperatures and a strong cold front comes the possibility for severe thunderstorms. We certainly have that on the table tomorrow. The SPC has placed much of our region in an Enhanced Risk (3/5 ranking) for severe storms.

Wednesday

Tuesday night’s cold front is going to decrease temperatures for Wednesday. A high in the upper-40s, maybe low-50s is expected for our area. Wednesday will bring dry conditions and some clouds in the sky. The low temperature will dip into the low-30s, which may cause some frost on your car Thursday morning.

Rest of the Week

The rest of your week will warm up a little bit and be sunny for the most part, soak up the sun when you can. Rain chances seem to increase on Friday night and Saturday morning. The days will be warmer, but the nights will be a bit chilly.
