A dense fog advisory is in effect until 9 AM for Warren, Edmonson, Barren, Allen, and Simpson counties this morning. Allow a few extra minutes for the morning commute. Here’s the view from the hill:

Today – Partly Cloudy – High 86° / Tonight – Partly Cloudy – Low 68°

High pressure will rule the roost today. That means that conditions will remain nice and fair across the region. Expect partly cloudy skies throughout the day as high temperatures top out around 86°. Overall, it’ll feel like a nice, late summer day.

Partly cloudy skies will continue overnight with lows around 68°. Fog may once again develop late overnight.

Thursday – Mostly Sunny; Isol’d Showers – High 87° / Thur Night – Mostly Clear – Low 67°

Thursday will be similar to today. However, a few isolated showers may be possible during the afternoon. These should remain fairly limited though. Mostly sunny skies outside of showers will lead to a high temperature around 87°. Nice and toasty.

Mostly clear skies will likely develop overnight. Lows will drop to around 67°.

Friday – Sunny – High 87° / Fri Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 66°

There’s no sign of this late-summer pattern breaking down. Friday will lead to beautiful, sunny skies with highs topping out around 87°. It may be a bit hot, but no complaining here if it’s going to stay dry!

A few clouds may develop overnight. Lows will be around 66°.
