A large upper to mid level ridge is in place over the western US. There is a trough downstream of the ridge over the eastern US. This places our region in an area of northwest flow aloft, which will help keep temperatures lower and conditions much nicer. As you can see, we have a beautiful forecast with a high around 80°.
Low temperatures will cool off to around 55° tonight under mostly clear skies.
Tuesday 8/25 – Partly Cloudy – High 78° / Tue Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 55°
The convergence of the winds in the upper to mid levels over the region will translate to a large area of high pressure located in the central part of the US. This will help keep conditions the same for the next several days. Thus, your forecast will remain close to the same each day. Partly cloudy skies will be possible today with a high around 78°.
Partly cloudy skies will remain across the region during the overnight with a low around 55°.
Wednesday 8/26 – Partly Cloudy – High 80° / Wed Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 56°
