Cooler Temperatures with Sunshine Ahead

Today, 5/21 – Partly Sunny – High 64° / Tonight – Partly Cloudy – Low 46°

Hello Bowling Green! I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to this Thursday morning! After the rain yesterday, much calmer and cooler conditions will push into the region. The high pressure that has settled in will keep us dry for the remainder of the week, making the rest of the work week half-way tolerable.

Temperatures will remain slightly chilly with highs near the mid-60’s during the day and lows near the mid-40’s during the evening hours. Hey, cooler temperatures are better than rain, right? Overall, a light jacket might be helpful at night, but, please, put away that umbrella!

Friday, 5/22 – Sunny – High 73° / Friday Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 56°

High pressure continues to be the main factor for the forecast region. Calm winds and cooler-than-normal temperatures, also, continue to stick around for Friday. Fortunately, the sun will be shining bright, and so will the smiles on people’s faces!

Luckily, temperatures will crawl back into the 70’s for Friday, so put away the jackets from Thursday and bring out the shorts! The clouds will roll out, leaving beautiful, sunny skies to end the week. This slight warming trend will continue into the weekend, giving a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

Saturday, 5/23 – Sunny – High  78° / Saturday Night – Partly Cloudy & Possible Showers – Low 61°

Temperatures will continue to warm up through Saturday bringing beautiful weather to the region on Saturday. However, rain chances will increase to around 20% on Saturday night, so remember the umbrella just in case!
