Rain In Forecast For Bowling Green Weather

Real Time Radar For Bowling Green Weather:

Today – Partly Cloudy – High 92° / Tonight – Partly Cloudy – Low 67°

For Today, some upper level ridging will move into the region, providing us with some partly cloudy skies and no precipitation. Clouds will begin to increase in the form of high thin clouds throughout the day today. This is because there  is a frontal system moving toward the region from the north. Expect a high temperature around 92°. I’d day that forecast is just right.

Tonight will be much of the same as some upper level ridging continue to moves into the region. With the increasing clouds. lows will only drop to around 67°.

Wednesday – Isolated Thunderstorms – High 91° / Wed Night – Isolated Thunderstorms – Low 67°

On Wednesday we’ll see more upper level support move into the region. This, combined with the approaching cold front will cause lift to enter the region. With the warm conditions already in place across the region, a few showers and thunderstorms will likely dot the radar map. However, coverage should remain fairly limited. You can expect a high around 91°.

Once again, due to increasing cloud cover across the region, the cold front will have little effect on the low temperatures across the region. Expect isolated thunderstorms to continue with a low around 67°.

Thursday – Scattered Thunderstorms – High 88° / Thur Night – Scattered Thunderstorms – Low 68°

Small pieces of energy will continue to move through the region over the next several days. This will keep thunderstorms in the forecast for quite some time. Coverage on Thursday will likely be a bit better than on Wednesday. Our flow will continue to be from the northwest and sufficient moisture and temperatures are in place for thunderstorms to form. Expect a high temperature around 88°.

We’ll see if that Bowling Green Bubble can burst and we can put a dent in this moderate drought. Thunderstorms will likely continue overnight. Lows will once again be right around 68°. We can keep doing the rain dance to burst the Bubble, but maybe then it’s more or less a bubble dance?
