This past Tuesday the bi-monthly meeting of the Ohio Valley National Weather Association took place at Wave 3 in Louisville. On-camera meteorologists Brian Goode, Ryan Hoke and Kevin Harned were kind enough to open up the doors to their studio and provide an area for our meeting to take place. A number of topics were discussed, most notably the upcoming KenTenn Weather conference that will take place in Bowling Green later this fall.
After the meeting adjourned, the Wave 3 weather team took us on a tour of their entire operation and filled us in on the history of this renowned news outlet. Wave 3 was the first news operation in Louisville and they have a very rich history filled with great information.
