Odd Cloud Feature

Check out the following video, which showcases a rather odd cloud feature from a few days ago in Thailand.  What appears to be a beam of light dances around atop this storm.  What is happening?  Basically, the electric field put off by this cell is altering every time the cell produces a lightning strike, causing what appears to be a version of a sundog to change positions.  It’s very neat.  Have a look for yourself:
