Although this forcing mechanism is available, very warm, dry air resides across our proximity.  Today will be very similar to yesterday.  Sunny & hot…  so there’s that.

Wed – Sunny – High 87˚ / Wed Night – Clear – Low 61˚

Thu – Sunny – High 85˚ / Thu Night – Scat’d Storms – Low 65˚

Our broken-record pattern of sunny skies & highs in the mid – upper 80s will continue throughout our Thursday.  As we get into Thursday night, the wheels of what’s been our quiet weather pattern will start to come off.

A cold front is forecast to swing in from the west, eventually stalling out as a stationary front across the area on Friday.  The GFS precip model paints a damp picture across the area at 7pm Friday evening:

A series of disturbances will ride along this boundary, coinciding with increasing moisture to create likely rain & storm chances throughout the weekend.  Not good news if you have outdoor plans.

Severe weather does not look favorable at this time, however, the latest data will continued to be monitored closely as it rolls in.

That’s what I’m made of this morning.  Stay in touch with @WarrenCountyWx & @WxOrNotBG for the latest in real-time weather info.  Thanks for reading.
