Plenty of folks saw a strong storm or two yesterday evening as a slow moving round of severe storms moved through the area. Places just to the southwest of Bowling Green saw multiple severe thunderstorm warnings and evening a few tornado warnings. 17 tornadoes were reported yesterday with the closest being just outside of Clarksville, Tennessee. As a result of the extreme shear associated with the storms last night, almost 300 wind damage reports were made. Here is a look at the storm reports map fro yesterdays severe weather event.
