Hello friends, and happy Wednesday to you all! After a cold and cloudy start to the week, we will not have much change today, but rain returns tomorrow. If we are lucky, we may even see some peaks of sun today.

Another Day of Clouds. We miss you, Sun.
Not much change will happen today, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
A high pressure system located in the Deep South will help keep us dry today, and maybe even help get some breaks in the clouds. I’m sure we will all be happy to see some sun rays.
Calm winds will be out of the southwest, which will help bring slightly warmer temperatures than what we’ve had the last few days. Temperatures should hit the mid 40s by lunchtime, and stay around there until the kids get out of school.
By the evening commute home, temperatures will be dropping into the upper 30s, which is the low for tonight. Clouds will be on the increase late in the day as our next chance of rain approaches.
Rain Returns Tonight/Early Thursday
This high pressure will be pushed out by an incoming low pressure system that will bring rainy conditions.
We could begin to see some light showers begin to move in from our west during the 6 AM to 9 AM time frame.
Showers will persist throughout the day, and eventually move out of our area by the late evening hours on Thursday. Showers should remain scattered and light, and we may only see a quarter of an inch of rainfall.
The good news is that temperatures will be quite warm. The high should be in the upper 40s. Clouds will be breaking up during the overnight hours, with low temperatures only in the upper 30s.
Sunshine Returns Friday
Luckily, we will get a break from the rain for a little while. Friday will shape up to be quite a nice day.
Skies will be mostly sunny, but not for long. Temperatures will hit the mid 40s during the day. Clouds will begin to move in late Friday night, as our next chance for rain comes on Saturday. Low temperatures will once again bottom out in the upper 30s. Check out the video below for information about this weekend!
That wraps up today’s forecast. Hope you have a great Wednesday and rest of the week! Make sure to follow @wxornotBG on Facebook and Twitter for weather/forecast updates.
