Temperatures will be a bit cooler than yesterday. However, despite starting today around 31°, temperatures should rebound nicely to around 57° by the afternoon. Temperatures will be cold once again tonight, dropping to around freezing again.
Warmth Returns
Warm conditions are expected to return to begin the work week. Southerly surface flow is expected Monday ahead of a cold front well to the west of the region. Southerly winds around 5 mph, combined with mostly sunny skies will lead to afternoon highs in the low 60s.
Overnight lows will be in the mid to upper 30s thanks to that weak southerly flow.
The southerly flow will continue into Tuesday. Highs on Tuesday may push into the mid 60s across the area. Southerly winds will increase to around 5 to 10 mph. Overnight temperatures will remain chilly as they drop to around 40°.
The warmth should continue into Friday when high temperatures finally dip back into the low 50s. Our next shot of rain arrives Thursday into Friday as well.
That should wrap up this forecast. Check out the weather feed – @wxornotBG.
