Boring Weekend Weather

Real-time Radar

Yesterday’s Weather

Yesterday was crazy in terms of temperatures. Bowling Green had a record high of 81 degrees occurring at 2:00pm! It’s February and our temperatures are in the 80’s; I’m still trying to warm up to that idea (sorry, bad pun)!

Discussion

This morning, some of our eastern counties may experience some light precipitation as and cloud cover as that cold front continues to move east out of our area. Otherwise, we’ll start off the day with decreasing clouds leading to partly sunny skies and blustery conditions.

Due to much colder air infiltrating our area behind the cold front, we won’t warm up a whole lot today. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s, with lows tonight in the mid 20’s under mostly clear skies.

Sunday is the most boring of the forecast days. High pressure moving in will keep us dry, slightly warmer, and very nice. Highs will be in the low to mid 50’s under sunny skies, and lows will be in the upper 30’s under mostly cloudy skies.

The next “weather-maker” looks to make an appearance on Monday in the form of rain…and lots of it. It looks like Monday-Wednesday will be very wet with Wednesday being the wettest. For Monday, we’ll see rain pretty much the entire day. Gross, I know.
