Forecast Discussion

I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud to write a forecast. Aside from a few showers this morning, the weather is literally going to be perfect for the entire forecast period.

A cold front is moving off well to the south of the region today. High pressure will slide into the region, leading to fair conditions the rest of today. The high pressure should help keep temperatures down too!

Northwest flow should be well established across the region due to the trough moving to the east of the region overnight. This means northerly flow will help keep temperatures rather cool, leading to lows around 60°. Some 50s may even show up! Low 80s seem likely on Monday as well!

High pressure should also remain in place across the region due to convergence in the upper parts of the atmosphere. This will lead to fair conditions throughout Monday.

Conditions will begin to warm back up on Tuesday as an upper level ridge builds. However temperatures will remain in the mid 80s. High pressure will once again keep any rain at bay. Overall, a nice day should shape up for Bowling Green weather.
