Mid to upper level ridging is moving into the region today. This will bring more stable conditions to Bowling Green. A large surface high pressure system will accompany the ridging. This should lead to partly cloudy skies with highs around 56°.

Tonight, some partly cloudy skies will be possible, as well as some patchy fog. Lows will be around 34°.

Tuesday 12/8 – Partly Cloudy – High 58° / Tues Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 40°

Relatively zonal flow will be located across the region on Tuesday. No disturbances are noted within the region of zonal flow. At the surface southerly winds will be in place ahead of a surface low pressure system located well to the north and west. Highs will be around 58° under partly cloudy skies once more.

Partly cloudy skies will continue overnight with a low around 40°.

Wednesday 12/9 – Partly Cloudy – High 59° / Wed Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 42°

That surface low will dissolve into more of a surface trough come Monday. The surface trough will move through the region, but will have little sensible impacts on the weather. Partly cloudy skies will be possible with highs in the upper 50s.

Wednesday night will bring partly cloudy skies with lows around 42°.
