Beautiful Bowling Green Weather

Real Time Bowling Green Weather Radar:

Today 10/19 – Mostly Clear – High 66° / Tonight – Partly Cloudy – Low 41°

High pressure is located well to the east of the region today. The clockwise rotation of surface high pressure will bring southerly winds to the region on the order of  5-10 mph. This will help warm south-central Kentucky today. Mostly clear skies can be expected with a high around 66°.

A few clouds may begin to form overnight as southerly surface flow reintroduces some moisture into the region. Lows will be around 41°.

Tuesday 10/20 – Partly Cloudy – High 68° / Tues Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 46°

Rinse and repeat forecasts will dominate from here on out, but I’ll try to make the forecast interesting. Upper level ridging will move into the region. This will again help bring slightly warmer temperatures to the region. Dewpoints will also begin to rise once more, an indication that more moisture is being added. Partly cloudy skies are likely with a high around 68°. In other news, cat “bowling” is a thing?

I know it’s not really bowling, but oh well. Partly cloudy skies will likely stick around for the night. Lows will be around 46°.

Wednesday 10/21 – Partly Cloudy – High 73° / Wed Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 50°

The upper level ridge will continue to build to the south of us. Mid level wind will be coming out of the southwest, while surface winds will be out of the south. This should lead to an increase in temperatures across the region. Highs will likely be around 73° under partly cloudy skies. The weather this week has been like a total spin move. I’m not complaining.

Wednesday night will bring partly cloudy skies with a low around 50°.

That should wrap up this forecast. Be sure to follow @WxOrNotBG for the latest Bowling Green weather information. Have a great day!
