Howdy, Bowling Green! We have finally made it to Friday! The only downside, however, is the “rinse and repeat” forecast of scattered shower & storms that will continue today into the weekend.
Partly sunny skies will be present during the morning, and then scattered showers and storms will take over around noon. Be prepared for scattered showers and thunderstorms to hang around during the evening, as well. Make sure to remember that umbrella and rain jacket!
Unfortunately, the dewpoints will be in the upper 60’s to low 70’s, so don’t forget to bring a hairbrush with you because that humidity will be a frizz magnet!
Saturday – Mostly Cloudy; Scat’d Showers & Storms – High 84˚ / Saturday Night – Cloudy, Scat’d Showers – Low 66˚
Unfortunately, this rain will not let up! Mostly cloudy skies will be hanging around during the day and into the evening. This will be thanks to another cold front passes southeast through the region.
This will bring the temperatures down slightly in the evening hours. The highest temperatures will be in the low 80’s, and the lowest temperatures in the mid 60’s. The biggest chance for thunderstorms will be in the afternoon and evening, so again…keep that umbrella close by!
Sunday – Cloudy; Scat’d Showers & Storms – High 79˚ / Sunday Night – Mostly Cloudy, Scat’d Showers – Low 65˚
I know this might come as a shock, but Sunday looks to be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible. The temperatures will be slightly cooler than previous days, because of the cold front that will push through the area Saturday night.
Highs will be in the upper 70’s and overnight lows in the mid 60’s. As surprising as this sounds, bring an umbrella and rain jacket because showers and thunderstorms are likely for most of the day.
Don’t forget to bring a shower cap because it looks like there will be plenty of showers going on this weekend! Have a great rest of the work week and continue to stay updated with further forecasts!
