Surface high pressure will shimmy down the Mississippi River over the next 24 hours while bringing drier, cooler air along with it. In return, winds will remain from our northwest today as highs only reach the lower 40’s.

Partly sunny skies will prevail for the remainder of our afternoon as we’ll see a few clouds hang around through tonight. Otherwise, expect calm and cold conditions with lows in the mid 20’s.

By the end of the work week, we’ll finally see mostly sunny skies take over for Bowling Green Weather. Temperatures will rise into the upper 40’s for as surface high pressure continues to dominate our region’s weather.

Unfortunately, the sunny skies will be temporary. Trust me, I know how you feel. Cloud cover will build back across the area through Friday night as overcast skies take over once again. Lows will dip right around the freezing mark.

High pressure will slowly work eastward across the Commonwealth while keeping us dry overnight and into Sunday. Lows Saturday night will be cold as temperatures drop into the mid 30’s for Bowling Green weather.
