High cirrus clouds will continue to move into the area today out ahead of the approaching upper level trough.Temperatures will continue the above normal trend and top out in the low 80’s this afternoon.

Tomorrow will be the least favorable day of the weekend as the chance for showers enter the picture. Right now the chance of rain throughout Sunday into Sunday evening is around 30% with lower chances to the west. Areas east of Bowling Green will see the best shot of precipitation Sunday with the system riding up the Appalachians and across eastern Kentucky. The Weather Prediction Center puts Bowling Green at around 0.1 inches of rain through Monday morning.
