Fall-Like For Bowling Green Weather

It’s been another dreary and cool day for Bowling Green weather as temperatures have struggled to reach the 70 degree mark for afternoon highs. A weak upper level trough will trek just north of the Ohio Valley Region providing a slight chance for a stray shower or two across the area.

Otherwise, look for the Fall-like weather to stick around into tonight and much of the weekend. The pesky cloud cover hangs tough through the overnight hours as any shower activity will clear the area. Lows will be cool once again as temperatures drop into the lower 60’s.

 

Sat – Gradual Clearing; Gorgeous – High 71º / Sat Night – Partly Cloudy; Chilly – Low 53º

The weekend arrives and what a treat weather-wise we’ll get. Early on Saturday look for some cloud cover to linger around through the morning hours before the sun makes an appearance by afternoon. This will help temperatures warm slightly as highs are projected to reach the lower 70’s.

Surface high pressure will continue to dominate our region’s weather through the short term period.  A few clouds will build in overnight with chilly temperatures expected. Lows will drop into the lower 50’s as we can give the AC units another night off.

 

Sun – Mostly Sunny; Comfy – High 75º / Sun Night – Partly Cloudy, Cool – Low 55º

The Fall-like weather will continue as unseasonably cool temperatures remain. Highs Sunday will reach the mid 70’s as ample amounts of sunshine prevail across southern Kentucky. High pressure will finally work across the Ohio Valley Region while providing an absolutely gorgeous day.

The evening and overnight hours will offer some more clouds and chilly conditions. Lows will drop back into the mid 50’s for Bowling Green as we cap off what looks to be one nice weekend!
