On Sunday evening, Muhlenberg County experienced massive flooding that brought areas to a standstill. It turned out that flooding wasn’t their only concern.
Today, a team from NWS Paducah conducted a storm survey where damage was reported near the Muhlenberg/Ohio County line. After conducting their survey, the team found that an EF-0 tornado with peak winds of 75mph did indeed touch down.
I put out the following tweet close to the estimated time this occurred:

The path length of the tornado was only around 1/2 mile, however, the path width was a little wider than the length of a football field. Be sure to check out the full storm survey of the EF-0 tornado confirmed in Muhlenberg County.
