Today 4/19 – Sunshine & Awesomeness – High 76˚ / Tonight – Clear – Low 45˚

9am 61˚ – 12pm 73˚ – 3pm 75˚ – 6pm 70˚ – 9pm 58˚

Oh man… you couldn’t ask for a better Easter weekend. High pressure will dominate allowing for sunny skies and warm temperatures. We should see temperatures top out in mid 70s making it a great day to get outside.

Did you know about the FREE Mammoth Passage Tours at Mammoth Cave this weekend only?… there’s an idea. Oh, and I hear there maybe a few Easter egg hunts around.

Easter Sun – Oh Yeah… Sunny & Warm – High 78˚ / Sun Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 55˚

Headed to a sunrise service? A light jacket might not hurt as temperatures start out in the mid 40s before quickly warming through the 60s and into the 70s. Really not a whole lot to discuss here otherwise; the weather remains quite & nice as high pressure holds its grip on the Ohio Valley. Sunny skies & generally light winds will top off a fantastic day.

Happy Hunting!

Overnight, clouds will be on the increase as the next system approaches. These clouds along with light southerly winds will contribute to keeping overnight temperatures a little warmer. Learn more about how clouds can influence our temperatures here.

Mon – Mostly Cloudy, Iso’d Showers & Storms – High 78˚Mon Night – Scat’d Showers & Storms– Low 58˚

An upper level disturbance will move into the area on Monday which will break our streak of sunny weather. Clouds will be on the increase, making for a mostly cloudy day with the chance for a few scattered showers & storms. Overall, I think most of the day is dry however.

The better chance for showers come Monday night as showers could become more widespread. In the end though, this system won’t be anything to right home about with rainfall totals expected to be generally be on the light side. There could be a few rumbles of thunder with any showers, however nothing more than that is expected.

Looking into mid-week, skies should return to being sunny as temperatures continue to max out in the 70s.

Happy Easter weekend all! Get outside and enjoy this incredible weather. Remember, you can always catch the latest weather updates on twitter from @WxOrNotBG and @WarrenCountyWx. Thanks for reading.
