Today 11/13 – Sunny & Cool – High 57/Tonight – Clear & COLD – Low 30
Good morning, Bowling Green! It may be Friday the 13th but we’re having great luck with this weather. I’ll keep this forecast short and sweet:
High pressure is settled over the region and will stick around for most of the weekend keeping skies sunny and temperatures cool. Don’t expect any rain this weekend, so feel free to plan all sorts of outdoor activities. Lows will get pretty chilly during the nighttime so make sure you stay warm!
Saturday 11/14 – Sunny – High 55/Saturday Night – Clear – Low 32
The high pressure will be centered over Kentucky Saturday and will continue making its way eastward. Temperatures will stay cool thanks to northerly winds filtering Canadian air into the area.
Once the center of high pressure moves out, an upper-level ridge and southerly winds will give us a slight warm up for the rest of the weekend. I don’t know about you, but I’m going to be out soaking up the sunshine.
Sunday 11/15– Sunny – High 60/Sunday Night – Partly cloudy – Low 40
Things will warm up just a little bit on Sunday because of the upper-level ridge and warm air advection from the Gulf. Other than that, expect another sunny day with slightly warmer temperatures.
Clouds will increase overnight and we’ll see rain chances Monday as a low pressure system moves closer to the region. See, I told you I’d keep it short and sweet. Have a great weekend and enjoy this beautiful weather!
