Today: Increasing clouds, with possible rainfall late and a high of 56ºF. Tonight: Decreasing clouds, Low of 33ºF.
The weather has been incredible as of late. Yesterday we made it into the lower 60s in the middle of January! That is insane! Tuesday looks to be the last day of wonderful weather, as the evening hours look to cut that off quick. Clouds will quickly increase across as a very weak cold front moves across the region.
The models seem spread on whether or not we see precip out of this, and I am on the side that we don’t see much. The cold front is looking rather wimpy, and it will be traveling into an air mass that isn’t exactly moist. Look for clouds to clear out quick after this system passes into the night, and look for temps to fall into the lower 30s.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high of 48ºF. Wed. Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low of 31ºF.
Ahh, meteorological reality is back and its hitting us like….
Not really ready for these 40s again, but at least we had the weekend! This begins a really gloomy timeframe, as we are looking to get into a zonal pattern with the jet stream until about Friday, and this will keep the clouds around.
Highs Wednesday shouldn’t make it out of the mid 40s behind Tuesday’s cold front. By Wednesday night, clouds should begin hanging tougher around the area, and lows look to drop into the lower 30s.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy, with a high of 39ºF. Thur. Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low of 29ºF.

I really need to go back through the past two months and see how many days have been cloudy. Its gotta be in the 75% range. Under this zonal flow, it is much easier to keep clouds tough as we see mini piece of energy traverse the region often. Look for clouds to hang tough, with highs only making it to the upper 30s.
As we head into the overnight hours, temps don’t look to do a ton as they only fall into the upper 20s under cloudy skies.
