Tuesday Afternoon Update

This Afternoon – Cloudy – High 32˚ / Tonight – Partly Cloudy & Cold – Low 22˚

Not really too much to discuss, friends.  Cloudy skies should stick around through this evening and into tonight, as lingering moisture stays in place across south central Kentucky.

Cloud cover will join northerly winds of 10-15 mph, holding temperature values in the low 30s this afternoon.  Wind chills, understandably, will be located in the 20s.

Wed – Partly Sunny – High 34˚ / Wed Night – Cloudy – Low 24˚

Our Wednesday will be similar to what we’ve experienced today, however, a few sun rays should filter in through the cloud deck.  That won’t do much to improve our conditions, as temperatures will once again be limited to the lower 30s.

Thu – Partly Sunny – High 40˚ / Thu Night – Clear – Low 22˚

Skies should finally begin to clear out, as dry air infiltrates the region.  Highs will top out near 40˚, and with any luck, we’ll see the great return of the sun by Thursday afternoon…

Our warming trend will continue on Friday, and last in the start of the weekend.  By Saturday afternoon, it looks like we’ll experience temperature values in the low 50s!  Who’s up for a swim!?!
