Fall-Like Stretch For Bowling Green Weather

Real-Time Bowling Green Weather Radar:

This Afternoon – Partly Sunny; Pleasant – High 74º / Tonight – Partly Cloudy; Cool – Low 57º

3pm 74º – 6pm 70º – 9pm 64º – 12am 61º – 3am 59º – 6am 57º

It was a foggy start to our Wednesday and felt like the dreary conditions hung tough until late morning. Since then, the sunshine has made an appearance across southern Kentucky as a weak mid-level trough will work through the region this afternoon and evening. Some moisture is associated with this feature but will onlybring some additional cloud cover across the area.

In return, look for another Fall-like day for Bowling Green weather as highs reach the lower-mid 70’s. A good mix of sun and clouds can be expected for the remainder of the afternoon and evening before partly cloudy skies win out tonight. Otherwise, look for another cool one with lows in the upper 50’s.

Thu – Mostly Sunny; Nice – High 76º / Thu Night – Mostly Clear; Chilly – Low 50º

By late week, high pressure will continue to nose in from our northeast. This will bring plenty of sunshine across the Commonwealth as highs warm back into the middle 70’s for southern Kentucky.

The evening and overnight hours will feature calm and cool conditions. Winds are expected to go calm as skies clear out. This will set the stage for another chilly night for Bowling Green weather. Most folks should see temperatures bottom out in the lower 50’s as we’ll see prime conditions for another natural air conditioned night. So go ahead, raise those windows up and enjoy the cool sleeping conditions.

This guy certainly will….

Fri – Sunny; Gorgeous – High 79º / Fri Night – Mostly Clear; Cool – Low 60º

Friday arrives and the weather looks absolutely phenomenal. That’s right. You combine the end of the work week with gorgeous weather, you get awesome-ness. Yes, I just said that. Regardless, high pressure will continue dominating our weather as highs warm into the upper 70’s under sunny skies.

The evening and overnight hours will feature mainly cool, Fall-like conditions. Mostly clear skies will prevail as temperatures drop into the lower 60’s. If that tickles your fancy way too much, then take advantage of the weather and enjoy it. Which leads me to my next thought…
