Today 7/28 – Partly Cloudy; Cooler – High 81° / Tonight – Partly Cloudy – Low 57°
A cold front moved through the region last night that provided us with a chance of thunderstorms. However, the Bowling Green bubble held strong. Today will feel much nicer across the region because of the frontal passage. Conditions will be much cooler and drier. Highs will feel nice in the low 80s, under partly cloudy skies. Yep, not a bad Monday at all with those highs scooting on out.
On Monday night, similar conditions will persist across the region. Lows will be in the upper 50s under partly cloudy to mostly clear skies.
Tuesday 7/29 – Sunny; Cool – High 78° / Tue Night – Clear; Cool – Low 55°
On Tuesday, high pressure will settle into the Bowling Green region, which will keep any rain chances in the area at bay. We will remain fairly cool as we are situated on the backside of a trough, meaning our upper level winds are from the northwest. Thus, highs will be in the upper 70s across the region under sunny skies.
Tuesday night will be downright chilly in some spots with lows in the mid 50s under clear skies. I’m not complaining.
Wednesday 7/30 – Partly Cloudy – High 84° / Wed Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 61°
On Wednesday, our upper level winds that are out of the northwest will be a little weaker here in Bowling Green. This will allow some warmer temperatures to develop across the region. However, still some nice weather is in store as we’ll only have partly cloudy skies. You can expect those highs to be in the mid 80s.
Wednesday night will bring partly cloudy skies with lows in the low 60s.
