A storm in western Ohio rapidly intensified early this afternoon. The result ended up being an EF-1 tornado, which came as much of a surprise to forecasters. The Storm Prediction Center did have a 2% tornado risk just to the east of the aforementioned tornado. Below are some of the pictures of damage.
