After another chilly start in the mid to upper 40s for many of us, temperatures will again be moving on up. High pressure will remain centered to our south; subsequently, warm air will continue to get pumped into our region thanks to the clockwise flow. Furthermore, skies will be sunny with maybe just a few passing high clouds, especially in the afternoon.

Basically what I’m saying is, it’s going to be another fantastic day so make plans to spend a little time doing some outdoor activities. Maybe play some basketball or low 80s and sunny sounds like a perfect day for kayaking.

I meant doing outdoor activities, outdoors… but hey what ever floats your boat. FYI: Dick’s Sporting Goods and Gander Mountain will both be open today but when you do the above… don’t tell them I sent you.

Mon – Mostly Sunny, Breezy – 85˚ / Mon Night – Mostly Clear – Low 57˚

Different day, same story. Maybe a passing cloud or two but otherwise it’ll be another nice sunny day, great for taking your lunch break outdoors. It will be a little breezy though with west to southwest winds at 15-25 mph with gusts up to 30mph+. Other than that, nothing to see here other than this celebration of continued sunny warm weather:

The high pressure will be slowly pushing eastward and a low pressure system will take shape across the central plains. What does that mean for us… more of the same. Mostly sunny skies, warm temperatures and breezy southerly winds at times. Hey who’s complaining right?
