Good afternoon, the cold front that spread clouds across the area earlier today did not end up producing any rainfall here. The good news is that the cold front is now pushing east of us which will allow our skies to be partly cloudy for the rest of the day.

As we head into tonight, we will see more clearing as lows drop into the upper 40s. Check out the latest visible satellite image showing clear skies to our northwest behind the front:

Easter Weekend – Perfect – Highs in the 70s  / Overnight – Partly Cloudy & Calm – Lows in the 50s

Yup, it’s Easter weekend and the weather looks perfect for any plans you might have. You can expect the high on Saturday to get into the middle 70s under mostly clear skies. Clear skies will continue into Sunday and we will be even warmer with highs making a crack at 80 degrees. That’s some good Easter egg hunting weather.

Monday – Increasing Clouds, Scat’d Showers & Storms – High 77˚ / Monday Night – Scat’d Showers – Low 55˚

Our next chance of rain comes on Monday as a weak cold front looks to move through the area Monday night. It’s a little too early to get specific with timing but it looks like we will stay dry most of Monday, with scattered showers and thunderstorms  moving in late Monday into Monday night.

These showers and thunderstorms do not look severe, and will mainly just be a nuisance to start to the week. The good news is that calmer weather looks likely later next week.
