This Afternoon – Sunny & Spectacular – High 6 / Tonight – Increasing Clouds – Low 46˚

3pm 67˚ – 6pm 63˚ – 9pm 54˚ – 12am 48˚ – 3am 47˚ – 6am 46˚

Conditions will remain nice & quiet through the remainder of today.  A weak boundary (cold front) will approach from our west tonight, causing cloud cover to increase.  Here’s a look at our surface conditions as of 3pm:

Surface Model Valid 3pm

Fri – Partly Cloudy, Iso’d Showers – High 68˚ / Fri Night – Partly Cloudy – Low 45˚

An upper level disturbance will track east across the region along with the weakening cold front.  This could produce a few light showers, but nothing worth discussing.

There’s a good bet we’ll stay dry.  If not, a trace to .10″ of rain will be all we see.  The 4km NAM simulated radar paints a few/miss showers across the western tier of the Bluegrass:

4km NAM Valid 10am Fri

Easter Weekend – Sunny & Glorious – Highs in the 70s

Plenty of sunshine to go along with highs in the low – mid 70s both Saturday and Sunday.  That’ll make the bunnies come out.

Clouds will increase on Sunday night, with our next significant chance at showers and storms rolling in Sunday night – Monday.  That’s it.  Signed.  Sealed.  Delivered.

Get outside & do something this afternoon.  The weather will be purrrrfect for it.  Remember to stay in touch with @WxOrNotBG & @WarrenCountyWx for the latest real-time weather info.  Have a great rest of your Thursday.
