Leftover rain showers will accompany us through the early part of our Tuesday.  We may even see a few slakes of snow… YES, you read that correctly.  By the time the rain/snow finally stops, we could see anywhere from .50-1+” of the wet stuff:

QPF valid through 7pm Tuesday

With the passing of the cold front, north winds will howl at 10-15mph.  This will result in temperature values being limited to the mid – upper 40s Tuesday afternoon.

If you think that’s bad, temps are forecast to dive-bomb into the upper 20s Tuesday night.  Bring in your sensitive plants, as a hard freeze looks very likely.

Tell me about it, Mark.

Wed – Sunny – High 58˚ / Wed Night – Clear – Low 38˚

High pressure will work across the region, then jet northeast as ridging builds in from the south.  This means sunny skies, with temps rebounding to around 60˚.  I believe a celebration will be in order.  Tina agrees.
