Patchy fog out there this morning…early commuters please take note. Upper ridge will slowly take over the region today, giving us peaceful and quiet conditions. Light, northeasterly winds should keep highs right around the 80 degree threshold. Today will be the start of a quiet period in the forecast.

Quiet conditions will remain in place thanks to the ridge aloft, giving us sunny skies through the start of the weekend.
