This new tornado track tool from the Midwestern Region Climate Center allows the user to browse all the tornadoes (EF0 – EF5) to occur in the U.S since 1950. You can even zoom in to a specific county and click on it to display the years of all the tracks. By clicking on each track in the state view, data from each storm is displayed such as; fatalities, injuries, width, miles, etc.
If you are curious about what tornadoes have occurred in your area, click on this Tornado Tracks Tool link. Quick note: loading too many tracks at once will slow down the loading process.
